Hola! this week I did something similar to last week.This week I read  La Bella Durmiente ( https://www.grimmstories.com/language.php?grimm=050&l=es&r=en )  or Sleeping Beauty.  This story was a bit easier to read than Blancanieves but I still was referring to the English translation as I was reading it. Many of the words I knew were actually vocab words. As for the youtube videos, I rewatched a few of my favorite Spanish youtubers videos so that I get a better understanding of the videos. I will say that I kinda understood more with all the new words but relatively it felt the same. This week's spotlight Spanish singer was Chris Jeday. Apparently, his Vevo video for this song was one on top videos in 2017 so I decided to see his songs though I did really like it because it was rap.

                        Hello again and welcome to my blog!  This week I did a combination of all the things  I normally do aka watching Spanish videos,  reading a Spanish story, and listening to Spanish music. As also  I listened to Spanish music while I studied. This time the featured artist Maluma. I found him out through another video and thought I would check out his music. As for the story, I read    https://www.grimmstories.com/language.php?grimm=053&l=en&r=es or Blancanieves. This was a diffcult and long story. While I was reading, I referred to English text a lot. Lastly, I watched some Spanish video. Previously I said I did not like this Spanish channel, however that was because of her hack videos and prank videos. Recently, she uploaded no hack/prank videos so I decided to check her out again. Like always, I don't always understand what I am watching but using some knowledge I understand.

hola! This week I read 2 Spanish stories and listened to songs from Shakira. shakira is relatively new artist aka I have never listened to her songs before even though she is very popular. anyway, I actually like her songs it had pop music + Spanish music twist. This week, I read Los Tres Cerditos   ( three little pigs )and La Cenicienta ( Cinderella ). Both stories were quite difficult to read and had many words I didn't know. However, with help with the translator, it was easier to read. for three little pigs, I listened to the audio, read the story in Spanish, then read the story again with translation. for Cinderella, read the story and went over it again with the English translation next to it.
